Idealake has developed a custom Relation Ship Management application for HLL based on client/ server technology using Visual Basic 6.0 and MS-SQL 2000. The purpose of the software is to manage interactions with the Redistribution Stockists (RS) and ensure that these interactions with HLL are logged and a logical conclusion is reached for the complains/ queries of the RS. The objectives of the RMS Application were as below-

• To resolve the issues of the RS, as a result of his transactions with the company
• Fulfill his information needs so that he can function efficiently
• The Application would have a whole chain of interactions with the RS
• In case the Relationship Center Executive (RCE) cannot resolve a particular query, the same can be passed on to the concerned Process owner (PO) for resolution
