Data visualization is the study of the visual representation of data, meaning "information which has been abstracted in some schematic form, including attributes or variables for the units of information." Its main goal is, to communicate information clearly and effectively through graphical means. Conveying ideas effectively, having aesthetic form and functionality going hand in hand, providing insights into rather dense and complex sets of data by communicating the key-aspects in more intuitive ways.
